Big growth plans for real estate agency

A new appointment by a real estate agency indicates it has big plans in store for growth.

Century 21 has appointed Michael Clarke to the newly-created role of franchise development manager role as part of its ambitions for growth in New Zealand.

Century 21 New Zealand national manager Geoff Barnett says, “The creation and importance of this role shows just how much Century 21 will be driving growth in the coming years.

With a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing, Clarke is an established licenced real estate agent selling business for the past 11 years and brings experience in the challenges and opportunities franchise businesses can present. 

He says he’s excited to be part of Century 21 and is impressed with the technology investment the company has undertaken in recent years.
