The top spot was taken by David Windler, director of The Mortgage Supply Co, who settled an impressive $225,908,000 in residential loans from 1 September 2016- 31 August 2017.

Competition for the top position was fierce with the top 10 settling a combined total loan value of $697,605,370 across 2539 individual loans. All figures were subject to confirmation by each adviser’s aggregator(s).

The report asked mortgage advisers nationwide to provide some key performance metrics from the past 12 months to uncover the best adviser in the industry.

The 2018 Top Adviser Rankings will take place in August this year.

It would be interesting to see what individual advisers settle, rather than just those with a team of advisers and admin under them.
