REINZ announces new chief executive

The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) welcomes the appointment of Bindi Norwell to take up the helm of chief executive in early December.

Chairman Dame Rosanne Meo said Norwell brings a strong commercial perspective to the organisation.

“Bindi is an experienced business leader and strategist who has worked in New Zealand, Australia and the UK," said Meo.

"She has a strong background in digital media and technology and most recently, Executive Director of TNS Global, a customer and marketing insights-based consultancy working with a diverse network of New Zealand Companies.”

Norwell previously held roles in the UK with British Telecom and Australia Melbourne Airport and CSR. 

She said she is excited to work within the real estate industry as part of the REINZ team.

“REINZ is noted for what it has achieved to date, as a strong and vibrant membership organisation and I feel excited to be involved and leading the organisation to its next stage,” Norwell said.
