5 reasons why marketing campaigns fail
We learn as we go in professional services, and that is especially true when it comes to analysing why a marketing campaign was a “fail”.
To be fair, few of us are trained in marketing at all so we do have to figure it out as we go along, and there is a lot of trial and error. It is always smarter where possible to learn from someone else’s trial and error though – learn at other people’s expense.
With that in mind I put together the 5 biggest reasons why marketing (especially marketing “campaigns”) fail for professional practices or individual practitioners. Some of them seem to be such “no brainers” perhaps, but then, we keep seeing them over and over so perhaps they are not. Some are a little more obtuse and often aren’t thought about until well after we’ve spent the time and money on finding that we just put out a “flop”.
So this weeks quick video looks at the 5 biggest reasons for marketing failure in professional services – and what to do about it….
