    In my opinion there isn't an issue with bank 'targets'.
    If you get accredited with a bank its only fair they expect at least a minimum level of business which is extremely low. Any reasonable mortgage broker will, by default (especially when dealing with a bank's client on a home purchase) end up using most banks at some stage during a year.
