With COVID-19 forcing banks and other businesses to go digital, customers lean towards banks that can provide the best online banking experience – and it seems BNZ stood out among the rest, according to Canstar.
Canstar researched 10 institutions by using a bespoke methodology that compares the features of online banking platforms across New Zealand – and BNZ was hailed as the best online banking provider for 2020, which is its third consecutive year of winning the award.
Canstar NZ general manager Jose George highlighted BNZ's exceptional performance this year despite the challenging environment, thanks to its significant improvements to its mobile platform and its goal to help customers to be better informed about their finances.
“BNZ is a consistently high performer and has once again proven itself in this very challenging environment. We congratulate the team on its hat-trick of awards,” George said.
