Century 21 announces quarterly real estate winners

Century 21 New Zealand has announced its real estate winners for the third quarter of 2019.

Century 21 Edwards Realty in Botany Downs won Property Management Office for the Quarter Over 250 (the highest number of new managements by an office with more than 250 managements). Top Salesperson of the Quarter for GCC (Gross Closed Commission) went to Fenny Ang of Edwards Realty.

Other winners included Century 21 Darrak Realty in Albany for Property Management Office for the Quarter under 250, Century 21 Gold Real Estate in Manurewa for Top Office for the Quarter (units), and Wellington Central’s Century 21 First Choice Realty for Top Office for the Quarter (GCC).

Meanwhile, Janine Hair of Gold Real Estate was named Property Manager for the Quarter, Joe Lupi of First Choice Realty was named Top Principal for the Quarter (GCC), and Ian Pepper of Century 21 Rural & Residential Real Estate in Huntly was named Top Principal for the Quarter (Units).

Meanwhile, Andrew Pugh of Century 21 Premier in Palmerston North and Roger Webb of Century 21 Premier in Turangi shared the Top Salesperson for the Quarter.

The real estate firm also celebrated other hardworking professionals in sales – with Bronze Awards going to Kieren Gudgin of Gold Real Estate in Manurewa, Barbara Craig and Ian Pepper of Rural & Residential Real Estate in Huntly, and Joyce Wu of First Choice Realty in Wellington.

The Silver Award went to Iresh Tennakoon of Century 21 Local Realty in Papakura, while the Gold Awards were given to Joseph Lupi of First Choice Realty in Wellington and Fenny Ang of Edwards Realty in Botany Downs.
