It’s time to rate the banks

NZ Adviser has launched the annual Advisers on Banks survey. The short survey asks mortgage advisers nationwide for feedback about the banks they have dealt with over the past 12 months to help determine the best bank in New Zealand.

Banks will receive scores based on advisers’ ratings and NZ Adviser will publish a ranking of the top performers, providing a clear view of how the different banks compare when it comes to the mortgage industry.

Advisers are encouraged to complete the short online survey and provide their feedback across key areas including turnaround times, communication and technology support.

Respondents will also automatically be entered into a prize draw to win one of three bottles of Villa Maria Reserve Syrah, chosen by wine experts for this year’s Fine Wines of New Zealand list.

The Advisers on Banks report will be published online later this year.
