Mortgage Express names new mortgage adviser

Mortgage Express has appointed Fameeza Sheikh as its new mortgage adviser based in South Auckland.

Sheikh holds extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry and property market. She joins the Mortgage Express team with over 15 years’ experience in banking and finance, with her most recent role as business acquisition manager for the Bank of New Zealand. Prior to this, she worked with the likes of ANZ and National Australia Bank.

In her new role, Sheikh will be responsible for providing mortgage and lending advice with a focus on first home buyers, refinancing, home loan packages, construction loans and bridging loans. She is fluent in Hindi and English.

“I pride myself on providing excellent customer service to my clients, always acting with integrity and maintaining high levels of professional standards in all my dealings,” Sheikh said. “When dealing with my clients, the most important factor for me is understanding my client’s borrowing needs.

“I can tailor solutions and advice based on individual needs and help structure a home loan that best suits your circumstances,” she added.
